Who We Are

The PopPsych! Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to breaking barriers to mental health care. By meeting people where they are, both literally and emotionally, we normalize mental wellness and ensure no one is denied help due to finances, stigma, or systemic gaps.

Our Story

Born from the belief that mental health is a human right, The PopPsych! Foundation was founded by Trina Frazier, a licensed therapist with deep community roots. What started as a bold inquiry of "what if therapy felt like real life?" has now become a thriving movement.

From pop-up therapy lounges, community events, and holistic-focused healing circles to providing access to professional counseling sessions, we continue to reimagine what access looks like. We do more than just fund therapy; we create safe spaces, and most importantly, we listen.

What We Do

We help with funding for therapy and counseling services delivered by licensed professionals, alongside necessary screenings and care coordination.
